The said Juland Lot No 14 shall be held by the Commissioners as part of the property subject to section 4th of Ordinance 13 of 1863 and the Commissioners shall yield up the same to the Government of Hongkong when the said Lot shall no longer be required by them for occupation for admiralty purposes.
2. The Rent shall be ... Dollar per annum payable half-yearly on the 24th June and 25th December to the Colonial Treasurer.
3. So long as the Commissioners shall occupy the said Lot, all reservations and exceptions of minerals and all Covenants and stipulations usually inserted in Crown Leases of lands in Victoria in the said Colony of Hongkong shall be deemed and taken as part of the terms hereby accepted and comprised.
4. All powers and duties of the Surveyor General of Her Majesty conferred upon him by Crown leases or by any ordinance in force for the time being within the said Colony of Hongkong are hereby conferred upon the said Surveyor General by these present terms.
5. Possession of the said Lot shall be deemed to have been taken by the Commissioners.
